Though we are a little business with few employees, we provide an enormous amount of customer service. This family owned and mostly ran company treats each individual with high priority and care. We strive to keep our prices low and comparable to big box stores. Whether in stores, over the phone, or via e-mail & social media, we are here to meet your needs!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are possible!

 

You have 30 days calendar days to return an item from the date it is received. In order for your item(s) to be eligible, it must:

                -be in the original packaging, if applicable.

                -unused, clean, and in the same condition it was received by the purchaser.

                -have all tags attached.

                -have the receipt or proof of purchase

ON SALE ITEMS:

These items may be returned, unless otherwise stated, but for store credit only! For eligibility, they must comply with the conditions stated above.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We guarantee our products, but if your item(s) become(s) defective within 60 days of your purchase, please contact us. Each company that supplies our product has a different defective policy. We will happily contact the company and provide you with the next steps to take.

 

REFUNDS:

You will be notified we have received your item(s). After inspection, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You should receive your credit within 10 days of the return processing procedure. If your item(s) go(es) on sale before the being returned to us, we will treat it as a sale item and store credit will be your refund. YOU ARE RESPONISBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We do provide international delivery. Shipping rates may be diffrent then domestic shipping rates.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If an item needs to be returned please call us and fill out the paper work to send the item back once it is recieved the money will be refunded to the customer.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We do except returns undamaged with tags. We do require that we recieve the item back and inspect it before your money is returned. Also the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling to get the item back to us. If there are any questions to this policy feel free to contact us above.

How do I track my order?

 

We will provide an email with a tracking # from the United States Postal Service that you can use to track your package when your item has shipped.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We will ship everything United States Postal Service unless you call or email to make other arrangments. If you would like your item shipped a diffrent way then feel free to contact us and we can work something out.
